DastyarOperations for everyday business

Your business records deserve a clear explanation.

Dastyar stores core working records on the device. Cloud collaboration is an optional service that requires sign-in and company membership.

Local records and backups

Customer, job and business records may contain personal or commercially sensitive information. Protect the device, control access to exported files and keep backups in a location you trust. Uninstalling the app or losing the device can affect local data. Check a backup before relying on it.

Cloud sign-in and collaboration

When cloud features are used, the service processes account identifiers, company membership and the records submitted for that company. Authentication and security events are recorded to support access control and abuse prevention. Access depends on company membership and permissions.

Device permissions

Features such as reminders, camera capture, speech input, location or file export may need Android permissions. Use the permission prompts and the phone’s app settings to control access. Denying a permission can prevent the related feature from working.

Account and support requests

The cloud account deletion action is available in the app’s cloud account area. Company ownership or other obligations may need attention before deletion can complete. Local files, exports and company records are separate concerns. Contact support with a specific request so the applicable records and retention obligations can be reviewed.

Website usage

The Persian website displays aggregate page-view and download counters when its counter service is available. These are activity counts, not a count of unique people or completed installations. For questions about data handling, contact Ati Pardazesh Rassam.

Sign-in and delivery providers

SMS sign-in processes your phone number and may pass the recipient number and verification message to the configured SMS provider. Email sign-in processes your email address and sends a code through the configured mail delivery provider. The service stores a verification hash rather than a plain email code. When you link an email while signed in, it is attached to that account after verification.

Optional maps, speech and diagnostics

Opening the map can contact OpenStreetMap tile servers, which receive ordinary network metadata and the requested map area. Speech recognition uses the phone’s speech service; its processing depends on the device and provider. Camera, microphone and location access are used by the related features when requested. Optional error reporting is supported when the operator configures it; technical diagnostics may then be sent to that reporting service. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information in business notes or support messages.

Deletion and retention

Cloud account deletion revokes sessions, removes memberships and clears the active phone and email identity. Companies with no other active owner are removed with their company records. Offline records and your exported files remain on your device. Records belonging to companies with other owners may keep a disabled user reference. Security events and existing backup copies are handled separately; contact support about the records, applicable retention requirements and removal you need. See account deletion for the in-app route and an alternative contact path.
