DastyarOperations for everyday business

A weekly dashboard review should end with a decision

Turn project, stock, team and financial figures into a short list of accountable actions.

Agree on the meaning of each number

Define the company, business area, period and source of a metric. Registered income, cash received and net profit are different measures. Check whether a figure is current and whether the viewer has permission to see the complete underlying record.

Start with exceptions

Review overdue work, projects drifting from plan, inventory shortages and approvals waiting too long. Ask what changed since the previous review and who can verify the cause. A large total is less useful than a clear exception with supporting records.

Connect financial and operational evidence

A high sales total can coexist with overdue receivables. A busy team can still have unfinished work. Review cash, receivables, liabilities and job progress together, without treating them as interchangeable. Investigate gaps rather than inferring a cause from a chart alone.

Give each decision an owner and a date

Write down the issue, agreed action, responsible person and next review. Keep the list short enough to complete. At the next meeting, close completed actions and explain those that remain open before adding more.

Use Dastyar with appropriate access

The app and company web portal provide operational records and management views. The available figures depend on the active business area, recorded data and permissions. Screenshots on this site use synthetic data. A dashboard is a navigation and review tool, not an audit opinion or a guarantee of financial accuracy.
